Paiute ATV Trail 68

Piaute ATV Trail 68 is a very nice ride for a family.  It is beautiful with pines and some lakes.  Bring your pole.  The trail starts out in Glenwood and is on graded dirt and paved roads.  From the intersection of trail 04 the trail begins to climb and there is a few easy switchbacks.  The trail here is graded dirt roads and is rated more difficult. 

The first part of the trial is just sage brush.

At the intersection of trail 71 and trail 68 there starts to be some trees.  Where trail 66 intersects trail 68 there is pine trees and Quake Aspen.  There is also some very good camping locations here.  Great for camping trailers.

From where the trail intersects trail 66 to Big Lake the road starts to climb up to big lake.

  This picture was take just as you get on top.  The ATV are going in the direction of Big Lake.  This picture is heading to big lake.  There is also camping at big lake.  At Big lake there is a forest road to Annabelle Reservoir where there is a lot of cabins.  After big lake the road climbs up over Magleby Pass where there is a lot of timber cutting going on.    These pictures were taken just after the pass looking down into Koosharem.  The only intersection after the pass is trail 44 before trail 68 ends at the main 01 trail.
