Paiute ATV Trail 71

This trail connects trails 68 and 55.  It is about 4 miles long.  The trail was not marked off of trail 55.  There is an old corral there and you can see the trail go up the mountain.  There was also a no trespassing sign meaning stay on the trail.  The trail turn off of 68 is right as you are going around a curve so watch for it.

The trail is very rocky to say the least.  The map says rough and it is rated as more difficult.    Coming from trail 55 you climb up the mountain with 1 foot rocks and holes on the trail going up switchbacks to the top.  My kids did just fine on there 2wd machines.  Once you are on top it is flat with quake aspen tress.  The trail was not well marked and there was some side trails.
